Marietta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Marietta follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

What a perfect venue!! My husband and I got married at Fair Oaks earlier this year and everything was incredible. Of all the venues I explored this was easily the most beautiful of all--and surprisingly affordable! Kate was so kind and genuinely cared about our experience there. Everything went smooth from start to finish and I cannot recommend this venue enough!

This is a great venue. The staff were helpful and the space worked well for us. We had a wedding with about 110 guests and everyone had a great time. There is an indoor space with tables and the outdoor lawn area was more than ample for our group.
